4 week workshops to learn how to be your own “hands-off” bodyworker. Self care between your massage appointment is ideal. Save money by learning in small groups and use the time to incorporate into your life.  This class is prerequisite to the melt pro classes.

Monthly Melt Pro Classes


This monthly class is designed to be refresher course for those who have taken the 4 week Foundation classes or a 4 hour workshop. Refamilierize yourself with the moves and maps to keep your home routine optimal. This is a one hour class.
